From Ski Resorts to the 40th floor, I am entrepreneur and an executive with significant experience in building businesses from start-up to exit and working with large companies wanting to think like a start up. My personal strengths are strategic planning, product positioning, sales, and team leadership. My hands on experience, added to my formal education in accounting, has given me a deep understanding of business operations and finance management. I have become an expert in the convergence of emerging payments technologies, loyalty marketing, card linking, and order ahead.

  • Fast growth startup to over $7 million in sales and 55 employees

  • Raised over $12 million from private and public markets

  • Worked on numerous partnerships and projects with major companies, including AT&T, Moneris, Sears, RBC, Datacard, Sprint, Google, Visa, Subway, Verifone, and Citibank


Innovative Product Development   
  • Launched one of the first electronic gift cards in Canada.

  • Launched first real time “loyalty points burn” at POS

  • Developed first direct-to-lift product in ski industry (WhistlerBlackcomb Edgecard)

  • Assisted in development and launch of Avion, the first any-airline credit card in Canada. Now the most         successful card in Canada.

  • Assisted in digital referral programs for Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Cricket Mobile.

  • Developed and launched a order ahead marketplace for Simon Properties


  • Built sales organizations (up to 12) to Canada, US, and  Global

  • Sales lead in sales to Nike, RBC, HomeDepot, Levi Strauss, Choice Hotels, Sears, Canadian Tire, RBC,     Virgin, Eddie Bauer, Intrawest. and Sprint

  • Sales management expert using

  • Developed and executed Sale and Marketing for SaaS products to thousands of SMB and Large enterprise software deals (+$1 million)


  • Built teams from 2 people to over 60 team members

  • Managed divisional teams of over 800

  • Experienced board member, CEO, and senior executive member at the  start up to public company level

  • Participated as executive on large company divisional management teams with over 1 billion in revenues
